Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains how Vanuatu PCC (“we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you use this website or ask us to obtain a Vanuatu Police Clearance Certificate on your behalf.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the request form: first and last name, phone number (WhatsApp), and, if you choose, your email address and a comment.
- Documents and information you send us for your application: passport copy, visa and entry/exit stamps, power of attorney, dates and addresses of your stay in Vanuatu, and the purpose of the certificate.
- Technical data needed to protect the form from spam: IP address, browser type and the time the form was sent.
Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your request, check your eligibility, prepare and submit your application, arrange an apostille if you ask for one, and deliver the certificate to you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who receives it
- The Vanuatu Police Force and, if you need an apostille, the Vanuatu authority that issues it — only the details required for your application.
- The courier company that delivers your original certificate — your name, address and phone number.
- Service providers that host this website and deliver our email and WhatsApp messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your data no longer than necessary to process your request. After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your request at any time. To do this, contact us through the request form on our homepage or on WhatsApp at +357 94 303939.
