Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you ask Vanuatu PCC (“we”, “us”) to obtain a Vanuatu Police Clearance Certificate on your behalf. By sending us a request and your documents, you agree to them.
Our service
We are a private service. We are not affiliated with the Vanuatu Police Force or the Government of Vanuatu. With your power of attorney, we submit your application in Vanuatu, pay the government fee, arrange an apostille if you ask for one, and send you the certificate by courier. You can also apply for the certificate yourself, in person, in Vanuatu.
The certificate itself
The certificate and its content are issued by the Vanuatu Police Force. We do not decide whether a certificate is issued or what it states. The authority you submit it to decides whether it accepts it.
Price
We send you a quote after a free eligibility check. Work starts only after you accept the quote.
Timelines
A standard certificate is usually issued in 3 working days, or 7 working days with an apostille. Courier delivery from Vanuatu takes about 2 weeks on average. These are estimates: delays by authorities or couriers are outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and documents you send are accurate and belong to you. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay or prevent your application.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
