Refund Policy

Before we apply

If you cancel before we submit your application in Vanuatu, or if the free eligibility check shows the Vanuatu Police Force cannot issue a certificate for you, we refund your payment in full.

After we apply

Once your application has been submitted and the government fee paid, the fee and our service charge cannot be refunded, because the work has been done. The same applies to apostille fees after the apostille has been requested.

Delivery

If the courier loses your original certificate, we will help you request a replacement.
